Returns & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you have any issues, please reach out and we’ll do our best to make it right.

Mounts (3D Printed Products)

Returns are accepted on unused mounts within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused and in original condition

  • Item must not show signs of installation or damage

Because mounts are often test-fitted during installation, items that show signs of use may not be eligible for return.

Switch Panels & Electronics

Due to the nature of electronic components, switch panels and electrical items are not eligible for return once installed or used.

Returns may be accepted if:

  • The item is unused and uninstalled

  • The item is returned in original packaging

If you receive a defective unit, please contact us and we will assist with replacement or manufacturer warranty support.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and details so we can resolve the issue quickly.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
